Northern will be required to allocate the points to the reduced combined operating capacity of 225,000 Dth/day beginning with the Evening nomination cycle for Gas Day Saturday, January 17, 2026, and continuing until resolved. Northern has called a Carlton Obligation beginning with Gas Day Saturday, January 17, 2026. The Carlton Obligation will remain in effect. Provided Northern continues to receive the 225,000 Dth of supply at the points listed above, any Carlton penalty resulting from an allocation at the points listed above will be waived. 2023-11-30 00:00:00.000 2023-11-30 00:00:00.000 CRT FORCE MAJEURE ***LIFTED*** Shoshone Statement of Operating Conditions Pursuant to Section 5.2 of Rate Schedule FT (Firm Transportation Service) of the Black Hills Shoshone Pipeline, LLC (“Shoshone Pipeline”) Tariff, effective immediately and until further notice Shoshone Pipeline is issuing a Statement of Operating Condition where nominations from CIG at the Silvertip interconnect cannot exceed 1800 dths per day due to CIG’s inability to supply gas above the 1800 dths per day level. Section 5.2 states, “To the extent that any upstream entity involved in handling Shipper's Gas refuses or is unable to deliver Gas to Transporter in sufficient quantities and at sufficient pressures, Transporter shall not be required to continue deliveries of Gas on behalf of Shipper. To the extent that any downstream entity involved in handling Shipper's Gas refuses or is unable to receive Gas from Transporter, Transporter shall have the right to reduce deliveries of Gas on behalf of Shipper.” Shoshone Pipeline is requesting that all nominations beginning ID 1 cycle for GD 10/13 forward and until further notice, shall be 1800 or less and the remaining nominations be moved to the Oregon Basin interconnect with CIG.
