Black Hills Shoshone is required to provide hourly gas quality information to the extent that Black Hills Shoshone is required to do so in its tariff or general terms and conditions, a settlement agreement, or by order of an applicable regulatory authority. Black Hills Shoshone is not currently subject to any such obligations. Accordingly, Black Hills Shoshone does not provide hourly average gas quality information (or other agreed to measure of rapidly changing gas quality) on its Informational Posting Web Site.
